St. Croix, USVI - On Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 5:00 a.m., 32-year-old Ms. Melanie Osario Navarro, who violated a court order, turned herself into police where she was subsequently arrested and charged with Contempt of Court. Her bail was set at $1000.00 which she posted and was released pending her advised of rights hearing.
