St. Croix, USVI - On Monday May 1, 2023, at approximately 7:50 p.m., Walton Jack was involved in an automobile collision on Northside Road, Route 75 in the vicinity of Chocolate Bar and Restaurant in La Grande Princess. A traffic officer was dispatched to the collision. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer’s preliminary investigation revealed that Walton Jack was intoxicated. The officer administered the Three Standardize Field Sobriety test which Mr. Jack failed.

Mr. Jack was transported to Ancilmo Marshall Command where he was arrested at approximately 8:20 p.m., for Negligent Driving and Driving Under the Influence (DUI) of an intoxicating liquor. Mr. Jack refused to submit to a chemical test of his breath. Mr. Jack posted one thousand dollars in cash and was released pending his advice of rights hearing.
