St. Croix, USVI - On December 3, 2022, the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of a rape that occurred in the Christiansted area when multiple adult males had sexual relations with a 13-year-old female. The adult males made contact with the child on social media and made arrangements to meet the child at which time they had sexual relations with her on different dates, times and locations.

Sincere Williams

Members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau were assigned to investigate this matter and learned that the three adult males shared the child sexually. A warrant was sought and obtained for all three men. On April 30, 2023, 18-year-old, Sincere Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated rape second. His bail was set at $75,000.00.

Mr. Sincere Williams was booked and processed, and subsequently transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his Advice of Rights Hearing.
