St. Thomas, USVI - On December 4, 2022 at 9:02 p.m., detectives traveled to the Solberg area after 911 dispatched patrol units to the location after receiving a call concerning a possible vehicle fire.

Upon arrival, contact was made with fire fighters who were in the process of extinguishing the fire. Responding units found a four door SUV, unknown color, no license plates, and no visible VIN at the time. Fire explained that upon their arrival, they observed the vehicle abandoned and engulfed in fire to include a small brush fire adjacent to the vehicle.
