Frederiksted, St. Croix - On July 15, 2022, 911 Emergency Call Center dispatched officers at 12:45a.m., to Frontline night club located in Estate Colquhoun about a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds.  

Upon officers' arrival at the scene, they found the body of a male individual with no vital signs laying on the ground with visible gunshot wounds. The individual was identified by next of kin as 43-year-old Randy A. Lockhart.
