ST. CROIX, USVI – On February 1, at 6:54 p.m., police arrested Wingrove J. Creighton, age 39 of La Grande Princesse, charging him with 1st Degree Reckless Endangerment, Damaging and Tampering with a Vehicle, 3rd Degree Assault, and Reckless Driving.

Creighton, in an apparent disagreement with another man in the drive-thru ATM lane at FirstBank Orange Grove, crashed his vehicle into the rear of the other man’s vehicle. The other man in the disagreement then drew a firearm and discharged two rounds at Creighton’s vehicle. No one was injured in the incident.

Bail for Creighton was set at $30,000. Unable to post bail, he was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
