ST. THOMAS, USVI – On January 30, at 12:23 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center was notified of a gunshot victim at the Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center. Officers attempted to speak to the 27-year-old male victim about what transpired, but the victim was uncooperative with the officers. Further investigation into the incident revealed that an incident occurred in Anna’s Retreat, in the vicinity of Holy Family Church, where several shots were fired during an apparent altercation.
